In 2013, gastronomer Pierre Sanchez de Mattos, a carioca businessman in the restauration industry, and lawyer Saul Coelho, the son of coffee grower Paul Coelho, decided to partner together and purchase coffee lands to promote the region and produce high quality coffee. ​

From this partnership, Fazenda Alto Siritinga was born, consisting of four parcels: Bom Jardim, Córrego SP, Córrego Fumaça and Alto Bom Jardim.

The Forca Cafe competition has given them a platform to experiment and test their production technics and processing methods. With the help of HRNS, they have improved farming methods and adopted new technology to tend to the trees, encourage higher yields and better quality.
